This “chef’s bistro” is located opposite owner Jacques Cagna’s one Michelin star restaurant. Extremely popular for its good food and casual atmosphere. Very friendly welcome here.

Hi I am in this restaurent right now with my blackberry and I just want to say the food was ok and the atmosphere was great, the wine was perfect but the service was really bad. Well I am in paris!!!!

I’ve been to this restaurant about 10 times in 10 years and have never had bad service.
Well even the best place can have a waiter with an “off” night. But could it be that you’re sitting in a nice restaurant and using your blackberry that caused you to get less than stellar service?
